Tile orders and orders over 20kg incur a flat rate starting at $70. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.

We offer returns for change of mind on all products. All tapware and lighting can be returned within 60 days of delivery. Tiles and tile accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping to Verandah’s Sydney warehouse in Rosebery, NSW 2018 is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Alternatively you can drop your return off at our warehouse.
