For tapware and lighting orders under 20kg, standard rates range from $4.95 to $19.95, with express options available from $11.95 to $26.95. Tile orders and orders over 20kg incur a flat rate starting at $70. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.
We also offer Click & Collect from our Sydney location. As stock is held across multiple locations, please allow up to 7 working days for click & collect. However some items are available for same-day collection, so feel free to contact our team to check.

We offer returns for change of mind on all products. All tapware and lighting can be returned within 60 days of delivery. Tiles and tile accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping to Verandah’s Sydney warehouse in Rosebery, NSW 2018 is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Alternatively you can drop your return off at our warehouse.

Your basins are covered by our warranty on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights. The warranty runs from the day your order is delivered.
Residential: Structure — 10 years | Finish — 5 years
Commercial: Structure — 5 years | Finish — 1 year
This is a parts warranty — it covers the product itself, not trade costs, removal or reinstallation.
Not covered
Excludes issues caused by unqualified or unlicensed installation, incorrect or non-compliant installation, harsh cleaning products, normal wear or fading, accidents or misuse, and unauthorised repairs, modifications or non-genuine parts.

Making a claim
Contact us within 30 days of finding the fault. Have your proof of purchase, the product name/SKU, and photos of the issue ready. If the product hasn't been installed yet, don't install it — fill out our claims form.
