For tapware and lighting orders under 20kg, standard rates range from $4.95 to $19.95, with express options available from $11.95 to $26.95. Tile orders and orders over 20kg incur a flat rate starting at $70. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.

We also offer Click & Collect from our Sydney location. As stock is held across multiple locations, please allow up to 7 working days for click & collect. However some items are available for same-day collection, so feel free to contact our team to check.

We offer returns for change of mind on all products. All tapware and lighting can be returned within 60 days of delivery. Tiles and tile accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping to Verandah’s Sydney warehouse in Rosebery, NSW 2018 is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Alternatively you can drop your return off at our warehouse.

Your Dawn ceiling fans are covered by our warranty on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights. The warranty runs from the day your order is delivered.

Residential: Fan — 3 years | Motor — 7 years

Commercial: Fan — 1 year | Motor — 1 year

Fan covers the full product: fitting, finish, light kit, remote, wall control and electrical components. The extended 7-year motor warranty is parts only.

• This is a parts warranty — it covers the product itself, not electrician costs to remove or reinstall.
• Installation must be by a licensed electrician in accordance with AS/NZS 3000. You’ll need proof of licensed installation for a claim.
• Check the product carefully before installation — installing a product is treated as acceptance that it’s free from visible defects.

Not covered

Excludes issues caused by unlicensed or non-compliant electrical installation, installation or site damage, electrical supply issues, incompatible components, moisture or unsuitable environments, improper cleaning, normal wear or ageing, accidents or misuse, and unauthorised repairs, modifications or non-genuine parts.

Making a claim

Check your delivery when it arrives — if anything is damaged in transit, tell us within a few days with photos and don’t install it. For faults found after installation, stop using the product, take clear photos, and contact us within 30 days. Have your proof of purchase, the product name/SKU, and proof of licensed installation ready — to fill out our claims form.
