A note on installation
Every in-wall toilet pan in our range is made from ceramic — fired at high temperature and hand finished. It's what makes them beautifully made. It also means minor dimensional variation is a natural part of the process.
Before your plumber rough-ins the wall, we recommend measuring the inlet position directly from your supplied pan rather than relying solely on the spec sheet dimensions.
Spec sheet dimensions are nominal reference measurements. For a smooth installation, always measure from the actual pan supplied.
Flush buttons are not sold separately and can only be used with this product.

Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order. For tapware and lighting orders under 20kg, standard rates range from $4.95 to $19.95, with express options available from $11.95 to $26.95. Tile orders and orders over 20kg incur a flat rate starting at $70. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.
We also offer Click & Collect from our Sydney location. As stock is held across multiple locations, please allow up to 7 working days for click & collect. However some items are available for same-day collection, so feel free to contact our team to check.

We offer returns for change of mind on all products. All tapware and lighting can be returned within 60 days of delivery. Tiles and tile accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping to Verandah’s Sydney warehouse in Rosebery, NSW 2018 is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Alternatively you can drop your return off at our warehouse.

Your toilets are covered by our warranty on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights. The warranty runs from the day your order is delivered.
Residential: Structure — Lifetime | Finish — 5 years | Cartridge — 15 years
Commercial: Structure — 10 years | Finish — 1 year | Cartridge — 1 year
Cartridge covers the cistern internals and working parts.
"Lifetime" means the period during which the original purchaser owns the premises where the product was first installed.
- This is a parts warranty — it covers the product itself, not trade costs, removal or reinstallation.
- Installation must be by a licensed plumber and comply with AS/NZS 3500 and AS 3740 for wet areas.
Not covered
Excludes issues caused by unqualified or non-compliant installation, improper cleaning, normal wear or fading, accidents or misuse, unauthorised repairs or modifications, unsuitable water pressure or temperature, missing required components, contaminated or unfiltered water, and in-cistern cleaning products or additives.

Making a claim
Contact us within 30 days of finding the fault. Have your proof of purchase, the product name/SKU, and photos of the issue ready. If a plumbed product is leaking, shut the water off at the isolation stops before taking photos. If the product hasn't been installed yet, don't install it — fill out our claims form.
