Individually handmade to order, each piece is completely unique, featuring subtle variations in shape, glaze, and finish that celebrate the beauty of artisan craftsmanship. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production.

Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order. For tapware and lighting orders under 20kg, standard rates range from $4.95 to $19.95, with express options available from $11.95 to $26.95. Tile orders and orders over 20kg incur a flat rate starting at $70. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.
We also offer Click & Collect from our Sydney location. As stock is held across multiple locations, please allow up to 7 working days for click & collect. However some items are available for same-day collection, so feel free to contact our team to check.

We offer returns for change of mind on all products. All tapware and lighting can be returned within 60 days of delivery. Tiles and tile accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping to Verandah’s Sydney warehouse in Rosebery, NSW 2018 is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Alternatively you can drop your return off at our warehouse.

Your Dawn lights are covered by our warranty on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights. The warranty runs from the day your order is delivered.
Residential: Coverage — 3 years
Commercial: Coverage — 1 year
The warranty covers the whole product: fitting, finish, glass and shades, cables and canopies, and electrical components (drivers, transformers, LED modules, lampholders and switches). Replaceable globes are not included — see Globes warranty.
Covers the product only, excluding electrician removal or reinstallation costs. Hardwired products require licensed installation to AS/NZS 3000 with proof, while plug-in products do not. Outdoor and coastal coverage applies only to appropriately rated products. Products must be inspected before installation, as installation confirms acceptance of visible condition.
Not covered
Excludes issues caused by unlicensed or non-compliant installation, site or installation damage, electrical supply issues, incompatible components, moisture or unsuitable environments, improper cleaning, normal wear or ageing, accidents or misuse, and unauthorised repairs, modifications or non-genuine parts.

Making a claim
Check your delivery when it arrives — if anything is damaged in transit, tell us within a few days with photos and don’t install it. For faults found after installation, stop using the product, take clear photos, and contact us within 30 days. Have your proof of purchase, the product name/SKU, and proof of licensed installation for hardwired products ready — to fill out our claims form.
